If I ever reviewed games, no game would ever reach a 5 because that's where I'd hold Space Channel 5. It's weird that I enjoy this game so much. Once you get the hang of it and start 100% reports it becomes addicting. I don't think it's possible to play Space Channel 5 without having some sort of fun. You know that trance you go into when you're playing a game like Simon Says? It's like that but with awesome music. In the Part 2, if you 100% reports you get a new costume. Every time you successfully follow the rhythm, your report score goes up. Also I forgot to mention Michael Jackson is a character in the game. On a scale of 1 to something like Heavy Rain, it's a 2. She follows them around until she discovers they Spoiler Don't expect too much from the story. The first game starts out with Ulala investigating reports of aliens forcing people to dance. Channel 5 is a failing news channel with Ulala as their last resort. You play as Ulala, a reporter for the Channel 5. The story isn't the best, but it's adequate for a rhythm game. I don't think a week goes by since I first played these games back in March that I don't listen to some sort of Space Channel 5-related things. I can listen to the soundtrack all day, same goes with gameplay. Therefor the difficulty curve is very high. It differs from other games in the rhythm genre by providing no onscreen cues. These games consist of pressing the D-pad and two other buttons corresponding to the rhythm.

I truly feel Space Channel 5 (Part 2) is the best game ever created. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
